| GRANULATION -
COARSE GRINDING Coarse size reduction is offered for raw materials in large forms such as cast sheets, lumps, cylinders, - most any shape. Also for scrap materials to be recycled such as parts, sheet, pipe, profiles, bottles etc. Large raw materials are generally granulated to a particle size of 3/8". Larger or smaller granulate sizes are available as required. The granulate may be further pulverized if a powder is required. |

| PULVERIZING -
FINE GRINDING Fine size reduction is offered for raw materials in pellet, bead, chip, crumb, flake or granulate form. Materials can be pulverized to the mesh / micron size required. Thermoplastic, thermoset and most any tough or soft materials can be ground to particle sizes from 8 - 200 US Mesh or 2000 - 75 Microns. The melting point and toughness of the material limit the fineness of the finished product size possible. Much finer products can be produced from brittle, friable and high melting point materials. |

| CRYOGENIC - FINE
GRINDING Fine size reduction with liquid nitrogen cooling is offered for raw materials in any form. Cryogenic grinding is necessary for materials with a low melting point or those that are very tough and difficult to grind fine without extra cooling. |

| SIFTING -
CLASSIFYING Materials are usually sifted in line with grinding to control the upper limit of the specified particle size. Sifting to 3/8" - 200 mesh or 10mm - 75 microns is offered as a standalone service to separate oversize or undersize from powdered materials. Multiple cut classifying is offered to separate powders into cuts or fractions of different specific particle size distribution ranges. |

| BLENDING - MIXING Dry materials and additives can be blended in batches up to 5000 lbs. either before of after grinding or sifting. Blending is offered as a standalone service for materials that do not require size reduction. |

| PACKAGING Finished products can be packaged in any container required including Supersacs/ Bulk bags, Gaylord boxes, Drums, Bags etc. |
